🌱 Nutritional Highlights
The Taco Mix is a lively mix of cilantro, cabbage, and radish microgreens. It offers a burst of flavor and great health benefits. This mix is rich in polyphenols, vitamin C, and glucosinolates, helping support detoxification, immune health, and inflammation regulation. Recent research shows:
Cilantro microgreens contain high levels of lutein and zeaxanthin (10.1 mg/100g), supporting eye health
Red cabbage microgreens deliver potent anthocyanins, along with vitamin C (70–100 mg/100g) and antioxidant activity above 80%
Radish microgreens are abundant in glucoraphenin, a sulforaphane precursor, plus flavonoids and vitamin K
The blend works together to support liver detox enzymes, reduce oxidative stress, and may help lower blood pressure
