RECIPES

Ingredients:
1 can of rinsed black beans
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tortillas
1/2 cup Taco Mix
Instructions:
Heat beans with paprika, cumin, and tomatoes until warm
Fill tortillas with bean mixture and top with Taco Mix
Roll and enjoy!

1 slice sourdough or whole grain bread
1/2 avocado
1/2 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1/3 cup Taco Mix
Instructions:
Toast the bread
Mash avocado with lime juice and salt
Spread mash over toast, then pile on Taco Mix

2 corn tortillas
2 eggs
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup salsa or enchilada sauce
1/2 cup Taco Mix
Optional: hot sauce, lime, avocado
Instructions:
Warm the tortillas and fry the eggs to your liking
On each tortilla, layer black beans, eggs, salsa, and Taco Mix
Finish with a squeeze of lime or a dash of hot sauce
