RECIPES

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 can of rinsed black beans

    • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

    • 1/4 tsp cumin

    • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

    • 2 tortillas

    • 1/2 cup Taco Mix

    Instructions:

    1. Heat beans with paprika, cumin, and tomatoes until warm

    2. Fill tortillas with bean mixture and top with Taco Mix

    3. Roll and enjoy!

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 slice sourdough or whole grain bread

    • 1/2 avocado

    • 1/2 tsp lime juice

    • Salt to taste

    • 1/3 cup Taco Mix

    Instructions:

    1. Toast the bread

    2. Mash avocado with lime juice and salt

    3. Spread mash over toast, then pile on Taco Mix

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 corn tortillas

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/4 cup black beans

    • 1/4 cup salsa or enchilada sauce

    • 1/2 cup Taco Mix

    • Optional: hot sauce, lime, avocado

    Instructions:

    1. Warm the tortillas and fry the eggs to your liking

    2. On each tortilla, layer black beans, eggs, salsa, and Taco Mix

    3. Finish with a squeeze of lime or a dash of hot sauce
