DISCLAIMER

The information on our website, social media, printed materials, or direct communication is for general education and informational purposes only. Although we reference peer-reviewed research and scientific studies about the nutritional benefits of microgreens, our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Piedmont Microgreens does not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We encourage customers to make informed decisions and consult a healthcare provider before making changes to their diet, particularly if they have known allergies or medical conditions. As part of our diverse microgreen offerings, we grow dozens of different crop varieties in a single shared facility. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee complete separation between crops. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing or consuming our products. By choosing to interact with Piedmont Microgreens and consume our products, you agree to do so at your own risk.

Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality, freshness, and consistency of our microgreens. We harvest our products to order, and we deliver them fresh to our customers. We cannot accept returns on microgreens after delivery because they are perishable. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If a product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations because of a quality issue, please tell us. We’ll evaluate the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances. We ask that you provide a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the affected product. This helps us better understand what went wrong and how we can make it right. If you’re a wholesale customer and think you got the wrong order or had a delivery issue, please reach out to us. We’ll fix it as fast as possible. We value our restaurant and distributor partners. We want to make sure you always get the service and quality you expect. Please contact us at admin@piedmontmicrogreens.com to notify us of any problems. Thank you for supporting a small local farm.
