RECIPES

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 cups vegetable broth

    • 1 tbsp miso paste

    • 1/4 cup firm tofu, cubed

    • 1/4 cup shredded carrot

    • 1/2 cup Nutrition Mix

    Instructions:

    1. Warm broth and dissolve miso paste in it, but don’t boil

    2. Add tofu and carrot, cook gently for 5 minutes

    3. Remove from heat and stir in Nutrition Mix just before serving

    • 1 whole wheat tortilla

    • 2 tbsp hummus

    • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

    • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
