RECIPES

Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp miso paste
1/4 cup firm tofu, cubed
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup Nutrition Mix
Instructions:
Warm broth and dissolve miso paste in it, but donβt boil
Add tofu and carrot, cook gently for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in Nutrition Mix just before serving

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup cucumber slices
1/2 cup Nutrition Mix
Instructions:
Spread hummus on the tortilla
Layer on veggies and Nutrition Mix
Roll tightly and slice in half

1/4 cup roasted sweet potatoes
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/2 avocado, sliced

Dressing: tahini, lemon juice, water, salt
Instructions:
Arrange farro, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, and avocado in a bowl
Top with Nutrition Mix
Drizzle with tahini-lemon dressing and serve
